Update!

Hello again everyone.

I am very grateful to everyone who has taken the time to read my blog and my poems. 

I hope some of you will relate to the contents of my open heart. That's the only way I write. 

The number of visitors to the website is increasing and that I find amazing!  I know some people have tried to send  comments through without success. I am working with my web designer to figure out why.  I did my  own little test today and it worked, so not sure what is happening there. SLAM 2022

Well I gave the SLAM a shot again this year but no success. I received some decent scores though, and I certainly wasn't disappointed with that.  There were some truly amazing talents there that night.  It didn't help that I chose to go with my plan B instead of Plan A at the last moment, ha ha !   Don't ask my why, I have no idea!

Still undecided if I will try again for 2023.  I have some serious thinking to do  between now and then.  I am not convinced my style of poetry is really SLAM.

Will have some new additions to put up soon, so watch this space.

Also, on another front. I have written 2 songs, or the lyrics for them. I have someone working on the music and I am stoked about that.   I have also written 2 children's stories and my friend Katrina is putting her hand to adding the drawings!  Check her Instagram account, she is amazing!
