You cowardly and devious demons

Who visit in the dead of night!

Your spineless and pitiful creatures

Dare not visit in the honesty of light.

With excessive greed, you held me tight

Arms, legs and body no longer at my will.

And to satisfy your avaricious appetite

You held me firmer and firmer still.

Like some ancient monstrous beast with chain,

You sat across my frame

Your blackened filthy talons, clawing at my brain

In an endless empty searching to find some hidden shame.

Ferocity unyielding, my sanity remains
